*Crew Members & Servers* are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences in an iconic city staple. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
*Shift Leaders* are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
**Assistant Manager ** is responsible for insuring the efficient and effective operational performance. General knowledge of retail store operations. Kitchen or food service experience is required. Strong initiative and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Working Knowledge of all operational aspects, including preparing desserts, sandwiches as needed.
